A significant contribution to Shahnoor’s success has come from her coach, Jaspreet Singh, who has been training athletes at Stephen International School for the past 12 years. Expressing his pride in her achievement, the coach said that winning a gold medal at the Asian Championships is the greatest accomplishment of his career. He added that both an athlete and a coach ultimately share the same dream—the Olympics.

According to him, a coach may encounter a truly exceptional athlete only once in five or ten years, and Shahnoor is one such athlete. He emphasized that achieving such success requires strong coordination and trust among parents, the athlete and the coach, something that has worked perfectly in Shahnoor’s case.
